Responsibilities Develop business development plans based on the company's annual performance targets. Assist in maintaining existing client relationships, engage in communication to understand institutional client needs and support business channel development and maintenance. Support the team in driving business objectives and tracking progress, assisting in the preparation of progress reports and performance review materials. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate front-to-back office process coordination and contribute to smooth project implementation. Perform other business development-related support tasks as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications / Skills Bachelor's degree or above in finance, management, or related fields. 3 years or more of experience in client development in the financial industry, familiar with private equity funds, asset management workflows, common OTC derivatives structure with a solid foundation in financial product knowledge. Possess licensed representative experience and qualifications in RA1, 4 and 9 are preferred. Proficient in client development and service skills, professional communication and presentation skills. Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills. Willingness to undertake occasional business travel to China. Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced financial institution setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
