About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration. As a Health Service Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth while ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our business landscape. You will focus on preparing for future growth and expansion, while also ensuring that our strategies align with the latest market trends and customer needs.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Generate Sales Leads: Develop and implement strategies to generate sales leads for Bowtie's health service offerings, including body checks, vaccines, and cancer screenings.
  • Create Marketing Materials: Design and produce impactful marketing materials that effectively drive business growth.
  • Optimize Booking Journeys: Enhance the eCommerce and offline booking experience to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the network manager to identify and source new health services to be promoted to Bowtie customers.
  • Track Business Impact: Monitor and analyze the long-term business impact of initiatives, including additional revenue, customer engagement, and health outcomes.
About you
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of working experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience driving sales and adoption of body checks in health service providers, including new product launches, is required.
  • Strong command of both Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong growth mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to create product and platform requirements to drive growth.
