Designer / Senior Designer (Digital Marketing, F&B)

Airpurchase is looking for an experienced Designer / Senior Designer to join our growing creative team. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-impact visual content for multiple restaurant groups , supporting their digital marketing across channels. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing design needs of our AI technology company built specifically for the F&B industry , giving you the opportunity to work at the intersection of hospitality, branding, and emerging tech. You’ll work on a wide range of cuisines and concepts—Western, Japanese , and more—so versatility and strong taste-level judgment are essential. What you’ll be doing Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to develop digital-first design solutions for restaurant groups (multi-brand, multi-outlet environments) Produce high-quality creative assets for paid social, organic social, CRM/EDM, website landing pages, delivery platforms, and in-store digital screens Translate marketing objectives into clear, effective visuals—promotions, seasonal campaigns, new menu launches, brand moments, and always-on content Adapt creative across formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency and performance best practices Participate in client/internal reviews, present design directions when needed, and iterate quickly based on feedback Support day-to-day design needs for our F&B-focused AI tech business (e.g., product/feature visuals, announcements, explainers, sales decks, UI-related marketing assets) Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and design systems to improve speed and consistency (For Senior Designer) Provide art direction support, mentor junior designers, and help raise overall craft quality and efficiency What we’re looking for Designer: 3–5 years of relevant experience Senior Designer: 5–8+ years of relevant experience, ideally with leadership/mentoring exposure A strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing design , versatility, and a solid grasp of brand execution High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a strong plus Experience creating social-first creatives (static + short-form motion is a plus) Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy , with an eye for food/lifestyle aesthetics Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple brands and deliverables running in parallel Clear communication and collaboration skills; able to work with marketers, account/project teams, and clients Resourceful and solutions-oriented; able to manage feedback loops and production details independently AI design tools experience is required (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, OpenArt, Adobe Firefly, etc.), with curiosity for new workflows and responsible usage Nice to have Experience in F&B / hospitality , restaurant groups, or lifestyle brands Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and creative optimization (what performs and why) Ability to develop lightweight brand toolkits/templates for scale (multi-outlet operations) Why Airpurchase Work across multiple restaurant groups and cuisines , gaining broad exposure and strong portfolio depth Contribute to an AI tech company dedicated to the F&B industry , combining creativity with innovation A team that values craft, speed, and practical design that drives business results Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
