Assistant Vice President, Investment Banking

Assistant Vice President, Investment Banking (Syndicated) Originate and execute syndicated loan transactions, including term sheet writeup, asset distribution and documentation. Maintain frequent dialogues with other market players for market intelligence. Maintain strong relationship managers to identify and originate primary and secondary deals. Assess market liquidity for underwriting and sell-down risk. Work with both internal and external parties for deal execution and documentation. Participate in ad-hoc assignments as assigned. Requirements: Degree holder or above, preferably with major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. Holder of CPA/CFA is preferred. At least 3 years of solid experience in deal origination and execution in syndicated loans or corporate banking. Independent, able to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth. Detail-minded, excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing. Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
