Company Overview Garment manufacturer headquartered in Hong Kong Specializes in infant wear and children's apparel Production facilities located in Vietnam and China Primary markets include the United States, Europe, and Canada Position Senior Merchandising Manager Work Location: 90% Vietnam factory ; 10% Hong Kong office Report to: COO Key Responsibilities Serve as Head of Garment, reporting directly to the CEO Lead merchandising, sales, and marketing teams across the Hong Kong office and Vietnam factory Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution Identify customer business needs and propose tailored solutions Oversee and coordinate all account-related activities to ensure smooth operations Prepare regular client reports and participate in client meetings Conduct market analysis and forecasting to support sales goals and marketing strategies Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop new business channels Build and strengthen relationships to retain and expand existing customer base Negotiate and finalize contracts while maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline Ideal Candidates Degree holder in a relevant discipline Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within garment merchandising, sales, marketing, or business development Experience in baby wear is an advantage Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Terms & Benefits Work location: 90% in Vietnam; 10% in Hong Kong Employment under Hong Kong contract 13-month salary plus performance-based bonus 16 days of annual leave Medical insurance coverage MPF contribution in accordance with Hong Kong regulations Comfortable accommodation and meals provided while stationed in Vietnam Two round-trip air tickets per year between Vietnam and Hong Kong How to Apply Please attach your CV with salary expected to Personal data provided by job applicants will be used for recruitment purpose only.
