Job Description MERCHANDISING MANAGER Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Merchandising Manager to lead our Vietnam-based merchandising team and drive customer engagement across international markets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for children's fashion. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a merchandising team of 8-10 members in Vietnam Oversee existing customer accounts, ensuring effective communication and timely conflict resolution Identify client business needs and propose tailored solutions Coordinate and monitor all account-related activities to ensure smooth operations Prepare regular client reports and participate in customer meetings Conduct market analysis to forecast trends and develop sales and marketing strategies Explore new channels to promote products and expand market reach Strengthen customer relationships to enhance retention and growth Negotiate contracts and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities Report directly to the Senior Director Travel occasionally to Hong Kong or China for meetings and coordination Ideal Candidates Tertiary education preferably in a relevant discipline Minimum 5 years of managerial or senior level experience in garment merchandising Prior experience in babywear or kidswear is highly advantageous Excellent command of spoken and written English and Putonghua Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills Terms & Benefits Work location: 90% Vietnam; 10% Hong Kong Hong Kong employment contract 13-month salary plus performance bonus 16 days annual leave Medical insurance coverage MPF contribution Comfortable accommodation and meals provided in Vietnam Two round-trip air tickets per year between Vietnam and Hong Kong How to Apply Please attach your CV with salary expectations to JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
