Why Join Us? Lead strategic partnerships with leading US and European fashion brands Manage a merchandising team, overseeing end-to-end merchandising from design to delivery. Based in Hong Kong and Zhongshan, collaborate across regions and travel to key global hubs. Your Role: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive ODM business growth and expand global market presence Lead and inspire a high‑performing sales and merchandising team, fostering their development and enhancing team effectiveness Deepen partnerships with key clients, strengthening loyalty through superior products and services Take full ownership of the product development process, ensuring efficient execution from concept to shipment Optimize merchandising strategies through data‑driven insights to improve profitability and market responsiveness Deliver strategic business reports to senior management to support decision‑making and resource allocation We Are Looking For: 5+ years of experience in sales and merchandising within sweaters/fine knits; knowledge of woven apparel is a plus Familiar with garment ODM/OEM processes, proficient in costing and professional pricing quotations Experience working with US or European fashion brands is highly preferred Strong analytical and reporting skills, capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), with confident and professional communication skills Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion, Textiles, or a related field Proficient in MS Office, with strong cross‑team collaboration and project management abilities Work Location & Travel: Primary offices: Hong Kong & Zhongshan, China International travel required to product centres in USA, Europe, UK, and production facilities in China and Southeast Asia Join Us, and You’ll Gain More Than a Job: Competitive salary package with performance‑based incentives Clear career progression and international exposure Opportunity to contribute to strategic projects that shape the business Collaborate with leading global fashion brands and build your industry network Unlock job insights AI Job match analysis Salary match Number of applicants Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
