Add expected salary to your profile for insights Act as a strategic HR partner to provide quality human resource services to business units to drive manpower plans and talent acquisition strategies that support organizational growth Manage end-to-end recruitment process by leveraging AI driven tools for proactive candidate sourcing, interview coordination and on-boarding arrangement Execute bank wide HR programs and policies in support of the Bank’s business needs Ensure all deliverables are complied with legal, regulatory and ethnical standards as well as adhered to the Bank’s corporate value, risk management policies and service standards Prepare HR reports and conduct data analysis for management review Perform any other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor Degree in HR with STEM-related or business disciplines preferred Minimum 2 years of solid experience in human resource management, preferably gained from FI or banking industry Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulatory requirements Mature, detail-minded, attentive to details and able to multitask A good team player, proactive, responsible and self-motivated Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably fluent in Mandarin Applicants who are not contacted within 8 weeks may consider their applications unsuccessful and their personal data will be retained by the bank for a period up to two years.
