About the role We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator for our client, a Japanese company. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales efforts, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of the business. What you'll be doing Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer records, and preparing sales materials. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues. Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation. Coordinate and participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date sales data and generate reports as required. Provide support for the overall operations of the sales department. What we're looking for 2+ years of solid working experience in a similar sales coordination or administrative support role (fresh graduates are welcome). Diploma or above academic qualifications. Proficiency in Japanese (verbal communication); JLPT‑N1 certification is highly desirable. Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); expertise in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables is a valuable asset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to achieving sales targets. Positive working attitude, organized, eager to learn, and self‑motivated. Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. What we offer 5‑days work, competitive salary packages.
