Tehcnical Business Analyst (Tech SaaS | start-up) Technology Recruitment Expert | Business Manager (Digital & Tech Recruitment), Hong Kong & Singapore at GRIT Search Key Responsibilities Manage application development projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery and post-launch support. Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful, on-time delivery. Manage a small project team (developers, designers, QA) in the near future, providing direction and support. Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and foster a collaborative team environment. Serve as the main point of contact for clients on assigned projects. Conduct regular meetings to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and manage expectations. Translate client needs into clear project requirements and actionable tasks for the development team. Report project status to company leadership and other stakeholders. Coordinate internally between product, design, and technical teams. Ensure all projects meet quality standards and business objectives. Continuously improve project management processes and workflows. Requirements 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, mobile apps, or digital product development. Experience working in a start‑up or fast‑paced environment is a strong plus. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with developers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English and Chinese — Cantonese is mandatory due to client interactions. Self‑driven, organized, and able to motivate and manage a small team. Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
