Assistant Business Development Manager (Cross-border Segment) Add expected salary to your profile for insights Assist cross-border team to increase sales capacity and cost efficiency of cross-border team through respective sales and services activities Increase customer profitability through customer acquisition of new customers and cross‑selling of suitable products to new and existing customers Involve actively in bank-wide campaigns and cross-border team initiatives Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines Requirements Bachelor's Degree is an advantage; or HKDSE with 5 subjects at Level 2 or above, including Chinese / English and Mathematics or equivalent Minimum of 1 year's experience in Personal Banking or financial industry Pass in IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & HKSI papers 1, 7, 8 Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills A team player with good initiatives and assertiveness A self‑motivator who is keen on upgrading & improving personal knowledge & skills to meet evolving job requirements Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English Candidate with more experience will be considered for Business Development Manager Benefit / Other Information: 5-day week Birthday leave Marriage leave Extra maternity leave Extra paternity leave Examination leave Insurance plan Medical plan Family medical plan We offer competitive remuneration package and promising career opportunities to the successful candidates.
