Experience Required 1~2 years (Fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered) Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Manage customer onboarding to ensure a smooth and quick adoption of products / services. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Customer Satisfaction Improvement: Monitor customer usage to identify potential issues and proactively address them. Collect customer feedback and advocate for product improvements. Renewals and Upsells: Analyzed data to identify renewal and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer success stories. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technical, and sales teams to ensure timely responses to customer needs. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance, internships, or project experience will also be considered. Skills: Excellent communication skills (English is a must; proficiency in Chinese or other languages is a plus). Basic data analysis skills to drive data‑informed decisions. Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility and ability to solve problems independently. Proactive attitude and customer‑centric mindset.
