Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Manage customer onboarding to ensure a smooth and quick adoption of products/services. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Customer Satisfaction Improvement Monitor customer usage to identify potential issues and proactively address them. Collect customer feedback and advocate for product improvements. Renewals and Upsells Analyze data to identify renewal and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer success stories. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product, technical, and sales teams to ensure timely responses to customer needs. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields. Experience 1–2 years of experience in customer success, customer support, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance, internships, or project experience will also be considered. Skills Excellent communication skills (English is a must; proficiency in Chinese or other languages is a plus). Basic data analysis skills to drive data-informed decisions. Soft Skills Strong sense of responsibility and ability to solve problems independently. Proactive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
