We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Social Media Manager to lead content creation, community management, and brand promotion across major digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in wine, proficiency in social media operations, and fluency in English, along with a proven ability to craft compelling digital content. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), Douyin, Instagram, WeChat (mini program), Weibo, and Facebook. Create high-quality, diverse content (graphics, videos, live streams, etc.) that showcases wine culture, tasting knowledge, and brand storytelling. Manage and cultivate social media communities to enhance user engagement and foster brand loyalty. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key indicators (e.g., engagement rate, conversion rate, follower growth), optimizing strategies as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan online campaigns, cross-border collaborations, and KOL partnerships to expand brand reach. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine content and operational tactics. Qualifications Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively across borders and create engaging English content. Experience A minimum of 5 years of social media management experience, preferably within the wine, luxury goods, food and beverage, or FMCG sectors. A proven track record of managing social media accounts from inception to growth, with demonstrable success stories. Industry Knowledge In-depth understanding of wine varieties, regions, tasting techniques, and food pairings. WSET certification or similar qualifications are highly preferred. Strong content creation skills, with the ability to independently produce scripts, shoot videos, and edit content. Core Competencies Excellent analytical skills and market insight, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics and social platform insights to inform decision-making. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to a cross-border work environment.
