As we deepen our focus on the Asian market, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who is both a master storyteller and a data-driven strategist, capable of building desire and delivering measurable results. The Role: We are seeking a strategic and analytical Social Media Manager to become the digital custodian of our clients' prestigious brands. You will be responsible for developing and executing superior social media strategies that blend creative storytelling with rigorous performance marketing. You will not only build immersive worlds and foster high-net-worth communities but will also own the data and advertising strategies that drive growth and demonstrable ROI. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative, data-informed social media strategies for each client, defining clear objectives for brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Content Production: Lead the end-to-end execution of social-first photoshoots, from concept development and mood boards to on-set art direction and post-production oversight, ensuring a constant pipeline of premium, on-brand visual assets. Paid Social & Ad Management: Strategise, build, and manage sophisticated paid social campaigns across Meta Business Suite and other relevant platforms. Oversee ad placements, audience targeting, and budget allocation to maximise campaign effectiveness and ROAS. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and native platform insights to track performance, attribute conversions, and create comprehensive reports. Translate data into actionable insights for continuous optimisation. Content & SEO Integration: Develop a keyword strategy for social content to enhance discoverability and align with broader SEO goals. Optimise social profiles and content for search. Platform Mastery: Master and manage our clients' presence on key platforms, with expert-level knowledge of Instagram, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and WeChat being essential. Who You Are: You have 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within a luxury brand, agency, or lifestyle publication. A Data-Led Strategist: You have hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and are proficient with Google Analytics. You know how to use data to justify creative decisions and budget. A Content Producer: You have experience art-directing and executing social-focused photoshoots, with a sharp eye for luxury aesthetics and an understanding of what performs well on social platforms. Platform & Advertising Expert: You are an expert user of Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat, with a deep understanding of their advertising ecosystems and targeting capabilities. Exceptional Communicator: You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
