Job Description Business Function Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs. Responsibilities Provide innovative working capital solutions for clients, lead negotiation of complex structures and legal documentation Assess risks in deal-specific product deviation and make recommendation on way forward Development product strategy and roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and financial analysis Lead cross-function teams through the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch Create effective marketing collateral, sales tools, and training programs to drive product adoption Analyze customer usage data and feedback to inform product optimizations and enhancements Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements Manage P&L responsibilities for all products under management Identify new market opportunities and translate them into actionable product requirements Raise platform or system enhancements, and ensure they are tested and have appropriate documentation and processes in place prior to launch Drive ad-hoc projects relating to market, jurisdiction, legal, policy and regulatory changes which impact open account trade products Requirements University degree holder 6+ years of product management experience, specifically in trade finance domain Strong knowledge in working capital solutions, account receivables purchase, supply chain finance and 3rd party platforms Experience with legal documentation negotiation. Being legally trained would be a plus Strong analytical skills and financial acumen Excellent communications, presentation and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and problem solving Understanding of credit risk management principles, mitigants and control Proficiency in product development processes and methodologies Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese.
