Senior Associate, Sales and Client Management for Cash & Trade, Global Transaction Services Join to apply for the Senior Associate, Sales and Client Management for Cash & Trade, Global Transaction Services role at DBS Bank Business Function: Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long‑standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards. Responsibilities Drive the Global Transaction Services solutions with a focus on cash management and trade to deliver the revenue targets and KPIs and meet the overall GTS business objectives Align with the respective RMs on the overall customer GTS business objectives and customer segment targets Work with the Relationship Managers, GTS Product, GTS Implementation, T&O and relevant stakeholders to deliver the best client experience Achieve agreed revenue by proactively boosting utilisation and maintaining market share for cash and trade wallet Assist in executing sales strategies of GTS products for the designated customer and prospect base Manage post‑sales implementation and service delivery, and handle related customer issues to enhance customer experience Be conversant with the current trends and developments in the assigned customer segment/industry Assess all deal values accurately, balancing the need to generate positive economic profit against the deliverables Provide appropriate reports to track sales and revenue growth Connect the team to support the overall strategic direction and ensure execution against set objectives Requirements Degree holder in related disciplines Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, GTS Strong aspiration to develop a career in GTS Prior exposure to payment platforms, digital channels, trade finance, factoring or related technical background would be an advantage Self‑starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for customer‑facing solutioning and selling Excellent communication, presentation and consultative solutioning skills Strong influencing and negotiation skills, able to drive cross‑functional collaboration Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese Primary Location : Hong Kong – The Center Job : Client Management Schedule : Regular Job Type : Full‑time Job Posting : Nov 26, 2025, 11:04:57 AM #J-18808-Ljbffr
