Located in Hong Kong’s WestK, we are one of the leading museums of modern and contemporary visual culture in the world. The museum reflects our unique time and place, building on Hong Kong’s historic balance of the local and the international to define a distinctive and innovative voice for Asia’s twenty-first century. You will be responsible for: Performing high quality customer service duties in the member’s lounge; Handling customer inquiries and complaints; flagging up to supervisor unusual situations or unresolved issues; Handling membership transactions, e.g. membership enrollment, renewal, upgrade, ticket conversion; proactively providing and introducing M+ membership to guests; Promoting members’ benefits and introducing members’ only events or activities; Providing supervision and training to ambassadors when necessary; Performing other ad hoc duties as required. You should: Possess a higher diploma or above in any discipline; Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing environment with a high volume of visitors gained from retail, tourism, or hospitality industry, or cultural-related venues; Have experience in dealing with challenging customers and be able to resolve emergency situations independently; Possess an approachable personality with a positive attitude; be a good team player and adaptive to a dynamic environment; Be proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills; Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Putonghua; proficiency in other languages is an advantage; Be able to work at least 2 days per week; Be able to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and late evenings according to a roster determined by the Authority; actual work schedule and number of work days per week depend on workload demand; Be willing to work at different spaces in the museum including outdoor locations; prolonged standing and physical lifting may be required.
