Job IDPosted19-Mar-2025Role typeFull-timeAreas of InterestFacilities ManagementLocation(s)Hong Kong - Hong KongWe offer a 5-day week with excellent fringe benefits, including medical insurance, dental plan, life insurance and performance-linked bonus to the right candidate.Job Responsibilities Supervise small FM team Coordinate and monitor daily facilities management-related operations, such as repairs and maintenance, cleaning, and security services; Conduct routine inspections on the facility campus; Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors Manage contracts, including drafting SOW, defining SLA, price negotiation with vendors, submitting proposals to clients, etc. Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients Ensure compliance with CBRE and the client’s policies and procedures Assist in facilities inspections and reports, such as capital projects, operating budget and variance reports Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities. Support reception area Other duties may be assigned.
