Facilities Engineer/Technical Supervisor (Cantonese Speaking) Job ID Posted 08-May-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Location(s) Hong Kong - Hong Kong We Offer 5 days work Competitive salary and benefits package (including medical insurance, dental plan, life insurance and performance-linked bonus) Collaborative and supportive work environment Stable employment Opportunities and supportive leadership to help you reach your full potential Job Responsibilities Conduct daily facilities maintenance for all assigned facilities, mainly E&M, minor of builder's work Create work plans for both preventive and corrective maintenance Ensure all programs and procedures are being complied with high-quality standard Materials and parts inventory management, place purchasing order for materials and parts in advance of the work schedule Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects including request for quotation/ tender as assigned Receive escalated complaints and resolve difficult problems. Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Utilize available systems to manage work orders and track completion. Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Support emergency call Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines Minimum of 5 years' maintenance experience in Maintenance Engineering / Building Services within the banking or financial services industry is preferable. Holder of EMSD registered Electrical Worker Grade A. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Good team player with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Cantonese (Spoken and written) is a must . Good command of both written and spoken English.
