As a Sales Manager for BCD Travel, you will play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities and establishing strategic relationships with senior‑level executives within target companies. Adhere to the sales process outlined by sales management, ensuring consistent and effective execution. Develop comprehensive sales plans to acquire additional business opportunities from existing clients, prospects and generated leads. Identify and penetrate major accounts in target geographic areas, industry segments and global expansions in Hong Kong, ensuring a strong brand identity and market presence. Implement a strategic sales approach for each identified opportunity, maximizing chances of success through effective probability analysis. Create a comprehensive business plan to secure profitable new accounts. Conduct thorough assessments of each identified opportunity. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of commercial and/or enterprise sales experience. At least 3 years of field sales experience in a business‑to‑business setting. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven experience in successfully closing and implementing client sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking and delivering impactful presentations. Strong awareness of the market sector dynamics and trends. Effective negotiation skills to drive successful business outcomes. In‑depth knowledge of business travel management and the supplier landscape. Ability to travel.
