Senior Officer, Marketing and Promotions I Shopping Mall Join to apply for the Senior Officer, Marketing and Promotions I Shopping Mall role at ConnectedGroup . The successful candidate will plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, media initiatives, and branding strategies. This role will also involve leading digital and social media efforts to enhance our positive image and align with corporate goals. Furthermore, the candidate will support marketing initiatives for group projects to create synergy and increase brand awareness. Responsibilities Regularly communicate with key tenants to keep them informed of news and encourage their participation in promotions and support initiatives. Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and events, manage tenders, monitor industry trends, and prepare campaign review reports. Maintain website content, manage social media platforms, and utilize AI and data analytics to enhance digital marketing efforts and boost brand awareness and engagement. Support photo and video shoots, media and KOL events, and PR campaigns; maintain media databases, pitch for exposure, and prepare media reports and analyses. Handle copywriting and production of marketing materials, coordinate with vendors on design, and manage advertising portfolio. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Bachelor's degree holder with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong hands‑on knowledge in consumer and retail marketing, advertising, promotions, and event organization. Proficient in social media and knowledgeable in digital marketing and AI applications. Solid understanding of copywriting and brand development. Excellent communication skills; mature, confident, creative, and resourceful, with the ability to work under pressure. Detail‑oriented, able to handle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. A collaborative team player and problem solver with a pleasant and outgoing personality. Strong media relations, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
