About this Employer Prestigious property developer based in Hong Kong with a brand which is reputable for developing a variety of premium commercial complexes and shopping malls in Hong Kong. Upon recent business expansion, the Group is going to look for a Senior Officer (Marketing) to be responsible for the lifestyle destination & high-end retail portfolio in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Execute all-rounded marketing and promotion activities on online & offline marketing tools, CRM social media platform to increase the awareness of shopping mall portfolio. Assist in planning and implementing sales-driven programs, festive promotional campaigns for shopping malls. Generate and initiate marketing campaign to evaluate the campaign effectiveness. Partner and work closely with agencies / vendors to ensure quality delivery of campaigns. Manage & maintain all promotion channels to optimize brand image, roll out comprehensive social media campaigns and develop content on social media. Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders for bringing commercial values to our shopping malls. Requirements Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, Public Relations or related disciplines. At least 5 years' solid experience in marketing, event management and digital marketing. Previous working experiences in sizeable property developers are preferred. Creative, responsible with good marketing sense. Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability. Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Work on weekends and PH for events when necessary. More experienced applicant would be considered as Assistant Manager (Promotion & Marketing).
