Marketing & Promotions Director, HK & China (shopping mall) Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR – Salary: HK$ 80,000.00 - 130,000.00 (Hong Kong Dollar) About the job King Deux Search & Consulting is a specialist executive search firm focused on financial services and commerce. We represent a prominent corporation headquartered in Hong Kong that manages multiple retail projects and shopping malls across Hong Kong and China. They are seeking an experienced Marketing & Promotions Director to lead a team of 10 professionals, report to the Department Head, and oversee marketing initiatives for their premier shopping malls. Responsibilities Develop branding strategies that align with the corporate brand. Design comprehensive and integrated marketing and communications strategies and action plans. Plan and execute year‑round events, festive celebrations, and promotional activities. Implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, and more. Lead public relations initiatives, including media relations, securing coverage, community relations, and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in large corporations. Experience in the property, retail, tourism, and entertainment industry. Background managing marketing activities targeting Chinese tourists and conducting promotional campaigns for shopping malls in China. Strong team management and interpersonal communication skills.
