This position is responsible for managing merchandising and sales partners to maximize distribution, visibility, and in‑store execution standards. The role ensures category strategies are implemented effectively across channels, delivering agreed business objectives while motivating and engaging merchandising teams. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and performance‑manage the third‑party agency and its field force to achieve superior route coverage, distribution gains, and top‑tier display standards every single day. Design and implement clear, ambitious KPIs for the agency; track performance rigorously, spot opportunities or gaps early, and drive rapid improvements. Ensure products are always easy to find and impossible to miss by constantly raising in‑store availability, share of shelf and shopper conversion. Develop trusted, win‑win partnerships with major retail accounts by bringing actionable, shopper‑focused solutions that grow their business and ours. Capture and share sharp market, customer and competitor insights with internal marketing, trade marketing and planning teams to shape sharper future plans. Master the company's category vision and ideal store layout standards, then embed that thinking across the entire outsourced team through training, ride‑alongs and ongoing communication. Keep energy and engagement levels high within the agency team through regular feedback, recognition initiatives and well‑structured incentive programs. Requirements: Native in Cantonese, Fluency in Mandarin & English with a bachelor degree. Minimum 3 solid years of background in FMCG/consumer products, with proven experience in merchandising, customer development, or field sales management in HK. Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others, with clear KPI setting and performance management.
