Retail Executive (Travel Retail) – 1‑Year Contract Apply for the Retail Executive (Travel Retail) – 1‑Year Contract role at Parfums Christian Dior . Position The Retail Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting both DFS and DTC operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies, efficient retail team management, and robust administrative support. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Assist in managing DTC and DFS, including sales order processing and operational support. Partner with internal stakeholders to plan replenishment and distribute products, testers, Art of Gifting (AOG), and counter disposable items based on counter activities, monthly plans, and sales targets. Collaborate closely with trade, training, and Visual Merchandising (VM) teams to achieve sales targets and facilitate on‑counter activations. Liaise with Points of Sale (POS) or operators regarding all supply needs, including product availability, assortments, lead times, and returns. Monitor stock movement closely with the SG logistics team to ensure counter needs are met. Prepare reports and conduct ongoing data analysis of sales performance, competitor analysis, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities; formulate and recommend strategies to optimize sales. Perform all administrative tasks related to sales orders, stock allocation, invoicing, and returns. Communicate new launch information to the field team, follow up on novelty stock and tester distribution, and prepare new launch feedback for the marketing team. Conduct regular on‑counter coaching with the field team to drive sales objectives and identify potential challenges. Provide field support based on counter demands. Assist the Sales and Retail team with various administrative tasks and operational support. Provide coordination and administrative support for retail employee recruitment, interviews, and selection arrangements. Support counters with any IT or technical related issues. Handle and coordinate part‑time manpower arrangements for the Retail Team. Prepare and update reports for management review. Provide full administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Retail team. Manage counter T&E (Travel & Entertainment) and POS‑related payments. Work with the supply chain team on stock management, including Purchase Orders (PO), stock returns, and damage handling. Manage Code 3 item orders for POS, including product testers, Art of Gifting materials, Prêt‑à‑porterer bags, brochures, disposable items, and facial materials for cabin room use. Manage administrative orders for POS use (e.g., stationery, name cards, sales memos, thermal Prêt‑à‑porterer, ink chops, disposable items, name badge engraving). Support High Profile Projects (HPP), special events, and shop renovations; ensure all related internal account setups, equipment, transactional tools, etc., are ready for business on opening day or event day. Customer database management. Provide digital support to counters (e.g., iPad updates). Profile At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity; exposure to Travel Retail would be a plus. Fluent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); exposure and conversant in other data analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce etc is a plus. Business orientated, sensitive to numbers and reporting. Results‑and‑action oriented (able to think on their feet, react quickly to solve problems). Team player & strong communication skills.
