THE JOB :

  • Reports to : Chairman
  • Comprehensive Administrative Support : Provide a full spectrum of administrative support for both personal and business matters of the Chairman.
  • Meeting and Calendar Management : Organize meetings, manage appointments, and handle calendar scheduling.
  • Travel Arrangements : Coordinate travel arrangements for business and leisure trips, including flights, hotel accommodations, itinerary planning, and visa applications.
  • Liaison and Coordination : Liaise with internal and external parties, negotiate, and manage various service providers.
  • Event Attendance : Accompany the Chairman to art festivals, museum visits, and auction events.
  • Personal Matters Focus : Primarily focus on personal matters for the Chairman.
  • High Travel Frequency : Manage and accommodate frequent travel requirements.
  • Ad Hoc Duties : Assist in various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Experience living in Japan or working at Japanese companies is preferred.
  • JLPT N1 qualification or equivalent level.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese, with conversational proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and familiarity with road regulations.
  • Professional, capable of handling sensitive and confidential information, forward-thinking, and reliable.
  • Travel Readiness.
  • 5 days work.
  • Annual leave: 14 days.
  • Medical insurance.
