About This Opportunity As an Account Executive, you'll support product launches, coordinate with global teams, and help ensure everything runs smoothly—from merchant onboarding to card production. If you're someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, this role offers a chance to make a real impact across the APAC region Responsibilities Support APAC Account Managers with merchant onboarding, product setup, and marketing initiatives across the region. Coordinate card production and product launch projects, including gathering requirements, tracking milestones, and managing timelines. Manage job tracking, purchase orders, and delivery schedules for multiple concurrent projects. Maintain and update product attributes across multiple databases and systems. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of artwork, data files, scheduling, and shipping. Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders; proactively identify and reduce potential escalations. Create and maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and process guides. Build strong working relationships with cross‑functional teams across international markets. Support senior team members with day‑to‑day tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience. 1–2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, printing, production, operations, or direct mail. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Confident communicator with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Results‑driven team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently. Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within the role. English and Cantonese Required.
