Project Executive/ Manager

The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. You will coordinate the efforts of team members and third‑party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, adept at managing risk, and passionate about delivering quality outcomes that drive business value. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Scoping: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Execution & Monitoring: Lead the execution of projects from initiation to closure. Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). Proactively manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Communicate project expectations, progress, and risks effectively to team members and executives. Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership: Direct and motivate project teams. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues when necessary. Budget Management: Estimate costs, manage the project budget, and approve project‑related expenditures. Ensure projects are delivered within the approved financial framework. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required standards of quality, reliability, and performance. Implement and manage quality reviews. Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular, structured reporting on project status, health (time, cost, scope), and KPIs. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices within the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of direct project management experience. Methodology: Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Tools: Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) and the MS Office/Google Workspace suite. Core Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi‑tasking. Solid financial and business acumen. Ability to manage conflict and facilitate negotiations with clients or stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Software Development, Logistic & Transportation, sector.
