Responsibilities Support the CEO in formulating and executing overall corporate strategies and business plans. Lead annual budgeting, including strategic planning, funding allocation, and cost optimization to maximize marketing ROI and operational efficiency. Oversee P&L, financial performance, and workforce planning to drive sustainable business growth and align talent with organizational objectives. Identify and pursue diverse funding sources while cultivating strategic partnerships with funders, schools, NGOs, and community stakeholders. Manage key client accounts and foster long‑term relationships to advance organizational goals. Oversee media relations, content development, and client engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and impact. Lead the design, management, and execution of programs, including school education initiatives, community engagement projects, and related activities. Direct event planning and management to maximize stakeholder engagement, organizational impact and visibility. Develop and submit proposals to secure program support and funding. Lead, mentor, and coach team members to ensure high engagement, performance, and alignment with business priorities. Build positive team morale by managing expectations, providing guidance, and mentoring junior members to achieve personal and team goals. Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance team skills, knowledge, and competencies. Oversee hiring, talent management, task delegation, project progress, and internal communications to support effective team performance. Requirements Degree holder in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration, Social Science or related disciplines. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience on program operation, event organizing and project management and promotion, preferably in social innovation focused work context. Demonstrates an organized approach, planning and delivering quality work to agreed timeframes and with a high attention to detail. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing. Detail‑minded, well‑organized, self‑motivated, independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadline. Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about social innovation and contributing to our society. Basic skills in design software/App such as Photoshop, AI, Canva, is a plus.
