Regional Operation Manager / Regional Operation Director (Production Control & Vendor Management)亞太區營運經理／營運總監 (生產管控與供應商管理) Company: MNC toys company 公司：跨國玩具公司 Hong Kong: regional sourcing office of APAC 香港：亞太區採購辦事處 Work location: Hong Kong, Dongguan, Vietnam 工作地點：香港、東莞、越南 Reports to: COO of APAC 匯報對象：亞太區首席營運官 Company Overview 公司概況 We are a multinational toys company with sourcing offices in Hong Kong, Dongguan, and Vietnam. 我們是一家跨國玩具公司，在香港、東莞及越南設有採購辦事處。 Our regional offices are central to managing vendor relationships, production control, and overall operations, ensuring the timely delivery of safe, innovative, and high‑quality toy products to global markets. 我們的區域辦事處負責管理供應商關係、生產管控及整體營運，確保安全、創新及高品質的玩具產品能及時交付至全球市場。 Role Summary 職位概要 As Regional Operation Manager/Director, you will oversee end‑to‑end operational management across China and Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on production control and vendor management. 作為亞太區營運經理／總監，您將全面監督中國及東南亞的營運管理，重點關注生產管控及供應商管理。 You will design and implement operational strategies, optimize production capacity, strengthen vendor partnerships, and ensure seamless supply chain execution. 您將制定並執行營運策略，優化產能、加強供應商合作，並確保供應鏈順暢運作。 This role requires strategic leadership, analytical expertise, and exceptional communication skills, with deep knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain systems in the region. 此職位需要具備戰略領導力、分析專業及卓越的溝通技巧，並深入理解該區域的製造及供應鏈系統。 Ideal Candidate 理想人選 Bachelor’s degree holder 持有學士學位 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, production control, supply chain, and vendor management in toys or consumer products 十年以上玩具或消費品行業的營運、生產管控、供應鏈及供應商管理經驗 Proven success in building and leading high‑performing teams 具備建立及領導高效團隊的成功經驗 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics in China & Southeast Asia 深厚的中國及東南亞製造流程及供應鏈運作知識 Experience negotiating and managing third‑party inspection/auditing firms 具備與第三方檢驗／審核公司談判及管理的經驗 Willingness to travel frequently across China and Southeast Asia 願意經常往返中國及東南亞出差 Key Responsibilities 主要職責 Lead and manage regional operations teams, including production control and vendor management, across China & Southeast Asia 領導並管理中國及東南亞的區域營運團隊，包括生產管控及供應商管理 Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure on‑time shipments, optimal capacity utilization, and cost efficiency 制定並執行營運策略，確保準時出貨、最佳產能利用及成本效益 Monitor vendor reporting, audit data, and performance grading to drive compliance and improvement 監察供應商報告、審核數據及績效評級，以推動合規及改善 Implement robust systems for forecasting, planning, and monitoring production capacity across all sites 建立完善的系統以進行預測、規劃及監控各地的生產能力 Drive initiatives to exceed shipment targets and maintain accurate operational records 推動計劃以超越出貨目標並維持準確的營運記錄 Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement 領導、指導及培養高效團隊，促進責任感及持續改進 Negotiate agreements with third‑party inspection/auditing firms, securing dedicated personnel across China & Southeast Asia 與第三方檢驗／審核公司談判協議，確保在中國及東南亞擁有專責人員 Build and implement a vendor management framework with clear performance metrics and corrective action plans 建立並執行供應商管理框架，制定明確的績效指標及改善計劃 Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance with terms and conditions 監督供應商合約並確保遵守條款及條件 Conduct regular factory monitoring with team members, documenting production status and risks 與團隊成員定期監察工廠，記錄生產狀況及風險 Terms & Benefits條款及福利 Five‑day work week 五天工作週 13 months salary + performance bonus 13個月薪金 + 表現獎金 Medical insurance covering staff and dependants 醫療保險涵蓋員工及受養人 Frequent business trip across China and APAC region 頻繁往返中國及亞太地區的商務出差 TO APPLY for this job or similar jobs For secure and confidential job application, please click the below link to get our email address.
