Regional HR Share Services Operations Specialist Regional HR Generalist, Operations & HR Projects Hybrid Mode & Multicultural Exposure Excellent Worklife Balance & Job Security Our Client Representing multiple top performing global ESG asset managers offering comprehensive investment solutions to institutional & intermediaries clients across Europe, US and APAC to search for Regional HR Share Services Operations Associate/AVP. Job Duties Provide comprehensive HR operations support by collaborating with HRBP, TA and line managers across AP region Accountable for employee life cycle management from contract preparation, onboarding, orientation and annual performance review process Ensure timely processing of payroll and benefit administration by working closely with external vendors Facilitate annual audit and expatriate/mobility related issues to regional HR initiatives related to Workday system automation & corporate governance Respond to employee enquiries in a timely manner Participate actively in APAC automation and streamlining processes Support the full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations services, including preparing documentation/employment contracts, reference checks, offer extensions, onboarding logistics, etc. Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, including leave administration and payroll calculation Prepare reports and documentation related to tax filing, MPF contributions Report to the Regional Head of HR Support APAC expansion across front‑to‑back office by collaborating with HRBP & line of businesses Interview experienced candidates (analyst to VP levels) and manage end‑to‑end interview process and logistics Contribute to bi‑annual performance management reviews, consolidating management reports and coordinating with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters Manage regional HR operations by working closely with payroll vendors, insurance providers, local and COE HR specialists in headquarters Coordinate benefits, pension, annual leave administration and onboarding/offboarding activities Resolve employee enquiries to ensure compliance with HR policies & corporate governance Participate in regional projects such as change management and process streamlining aligned with regional/global initiatives In charge of payroll (including OT & shift allowances), pension and taxation for over 250 employees Oversight of benefits administration and attendance records Ensure compliance with HK Labour ordinance and corporate governance Recruitment & HR Generalist for North Asia Hub Account for end‑to‑end talent acquisition, interviewing candidates, onboarding and background screening Facilitate HRBP functions, collaborating with senior leaders and business managers to address workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement and compensation review Requirements Graduate in BSc in HR Management or related discipline 6 years+/- of Regional HR Operation/Generalist experience earned from international financial institutions Motivated team worker with proactive attitude to take up responsibilities People oriented with strong communication & organizational skills Proven project and stakeholder management capability Immediate availability is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
