C&B/Payroll AVP, Global Financial Industry North Asia C&B/Payroll & HR Projects Hybrid Mode & Multicultural Exposure Excellent Worklife Balance & Job Security Our Client Appointed by the most respectable globally listed risk management and financial institution with a strong financial performance with net income of USD 2 billion for Q2/2024 to search for C&B/Payroll AVP for the North Asia Branch in HK Responsibilities Responsible for Payroll/C&B/Share Services for HK Branch by partnering with a small professional team of HRBP Oversight payroll and benefit administration by working closely with external vendors Active participation in benefits insurance reviewal and analysis Serve as the key coordinator from planning and organizing wellness programs Facilitate employee life cycle management from contract preparation, annual performance review process to tackling employees’ enquiries Facilitate annual audit to regional HR initiatives related to automation & corporate governance HR Administration: Support the full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations services, including preparing documentations/employment contracts, reference checks, offer extensions, onboarding logistics, etc Payroll Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including leave administration and payroll calculation, etc Support/Prepare reports and documentation related to tax filing, MPF contributions, etc Nurturing international culture and promising career Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees Contribute to bi-annual performance management review, consolidating management reports and coordinating with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters to support business objectives Accountable for managing regional HR operations by working closely with payroll vendors, insurance providers, local and COE HR specialists in headquarters Responsible for benefits, pension, annual leave administration and on/off boarding coordination requiring liaison with internal staffing and talent acquisition professionals Resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & corporate governance Active participation in regional projects related to change management, streamlining processes in alignment with regional/global initiatives Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of 4 HR professionals in HK & SGP Accountable for end-to-end talent acquisition by collaborating with hiring managers from FTB offices, understanding requirements, interviewing candidates, providing recommendation, onboarding and background screening Facilitate HRBP function, collaborating with senior leaders and business management to address HR challenges including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement and compensation review In charge of payroll (including OT & shift allowances), pension and taxation for over 250 employees Oversight benefits administration and attendance records Ensure the fulfillment of HK Labour ordinance and corporate governance Recruitment & HR Generalist for North Asia Hub Requirements Graduate in BSc in HR Management or related discipline 8 years+/- of relevant HR Share Services, Payroll & C&B experience earned from international financial institutions or banks Positive and proactive team worker with proven competency to working in a multi-cultural environment Prior experience in supporting organization development or wellness program is highly desirable Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills Proficient in Excel and experience using SuccessFactors is highly desirable Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English Immediate availability is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
