Human Resources Manager (C&B) We invite high caliber talent to apply for Human Resources Manager (C&B) to join our growing team in Hong Kong. This position supports our Human Resources function in daily business matters within a fast‑paced successful team. Responsibilities Perform full spectrum of professional C&B services including but not limited to payroll operations, employment administration, tax filing, salary review, budget forecast and C&B projects Manage and lead the C&B team to ensure operations efficiency Formulate, review and implement C&B policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and market trend Propose and lead C&B projects and programs including renewal of group insurances, corporate discount program, HR system enhancement/ implementation and C&B benchmarking project Provide accurate forecast and analysis of staff cost and HR costs for management review Manage annual and monthly reports including headcount, leave and HR analytics reports Provide support on Global Mobility topics including balance sheet management, expatriate’s tax handling and payroll operation Handle other ad‑hoc C&B tasks or projects if required Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline At least 7 years of HR / C&B experience with 3 years at managerial level Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills Good organization and problem solving skills; able to work in a fast paced environment Attentive to details and strong numerical sense Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese, and Mandarin) High level of computer literacy: MS office and Exchange, advance Excel knowledge Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proactive and result orientated business approach Professional and positive attitude Key Benefits of working at ALDI.
