Client Pitching : Engage with clients face‑to‑face and online, presenting innovative ideas and solutions to win new business. Creative Collaboration : Brainstorm with colleagues to develop unique and impactful event concepts that align with client objectives. Proposal Development : Craft compelling proposals that showcase your creative vision and strategic thinking. Project Management : Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Team Leadership : Guide and inspire a team of four Gen Z subordinates, fostering their growth and development. Who are they looking for? Event Marketing Expert : You bring 3+ years of hands‑on experience in event marketing, with a focus on outdoor events and a passion for staying current with market trends. Leadership Skills : You have experience collaborating with or mentoring junior teammates. Hong Kong Market Knowledge : You understand the nuances of the Hong Kong market and its target audience. Versatile Skill Set : Given the company's size, you're an all‑rounder comfortable with various aspects of event management. KOL Management : Experience in managing Key Opinion Leaders or organizing ceremonies is a plus but not required. Why you should consider this opportunity?
