The challenge is to: Build the Commercial Strategy and Ecommerce trade plan Be aware of the market dynamics in Hong Kong and Globally to understand opportunities to develop our Ecommerce offer Develop the direction for Supplier investment into our Ecommerce platform Work with RTA to create Ecommerce assets to drive Sales & income Use assets to drive/create income revenue stream opportunities for the Category teams to present and sell into the suppliers for investment Build efficient processes & governance to ensure that all cross functional and ways of working are streamlined. Lead the Ecommerce team to ensure they: Work closely with commercial team mates to manage the range online, ensuring flow of sku’s into and out of our online range (range reviews, seasonal sku’s etc) Work closely with commercial team mates to manage the flow of offline promotions online as well as crafting savvy online-specific promotions and supporting the overall strategy and direction of the trade plan Work closely with operations and supply chain team mates to manage the availability performance of our online range Track the performance of our online assortment – what’s working, what isn’t? And share this reporting with the Category teams Do competitor analysis – what are our key gaps and growth opportunities v competitors? And share this reporting with the Category teams Do you have experience in E-commerce? Minimum 3-year working experience related to e-commerce / merchandising / commercial / start-ups Degree holder A passion for digital and e-commerce Good communication and presentation skills, good team player to work with different cross-functional teams and third parties with strong problem-solving skill Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Responsible and committed to meet tight deadlines Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Purchasing Industries: Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
