Job Requirements Degreeholder or above in related disciplines; Minimum 5 years of experience in financial sales, with at least 3 years of hands‑on expertise in RWA or asset securitization; comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong’s financial markets and regulatory frameworks. Proven track record of leveraging established channel resources to achieve sales targets, with verifiable success cases; strong command of RWA valuation methodologies and market trends. Candidates holding relevant licenses (e.g., SFC) are preferred; exceptional negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
