Assistant Manager – Agency Business (Strategy & Recruitment) YF Life Insurance International Ltd. is a major life insurance company in Hong Kong and Macau, providing one-stop risk- and wealth-management services. Our scope of business ranges from insurance, investment, and retirement to MPF. To cope with our business expansion, we now invite dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join and grow with us. Responsibilities Implement the company's agency business development strategy to capture new business opportunities and explore customer segments that align with strategic objectives. Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and streamline recruitment and contracting workflows. Prepare and deliver detailed strategic initiatives and comprehensive reports, ensuring clarity and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 4 years of experience in agency management, training, agency admin, agency recruitment, or agency strategy preferred. Strong understanding of agency culture and media landscape. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Proactive, initiative-driven, and willing to take calculated risks. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
