Temporary Executive Assistant / Assistant Academic Support Officer (N&HS) Founded in 1989, Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) is a modern, vibrant and dynamic university. We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Studies for the following post(s): Temporary Executive Assistant / Assistant Academic Support Officer (N&HS) (Ref: 25002K1) Major Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to undergraduate programmes including course registration, class timetabling, examinations, and student liaison. Provide secretarial support to committees and meetings. Support programme leaders in daily operations of academic programmes. Provide logistics and on‑site support for activities and events of the School. Compile statistical reports and maintain database. Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Dean of the School or her delegates. Candidates A recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Relevant working experience in tertiary institutions would be an advantage. Good computer, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
