About Our Client Mi Ming Mart Holdings Limited is a leading company in the beauty and skincare industry, located in the prime location of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. What you'll be doing? Develop and execute brand strategy: Create and implement marketing strategies for core brands, including new product launches, social media initiatives, and CRM campaigns. Liaise with key contacts: Collaborate with brand principles and media agencies to ensure effective product promotions and marketing activities. Monitor campaign performance: Analyze and report on campaign performance regularly to ensure alignment with brand and customer goals. Support marketing assignments: Assist with exciting marketing assignments and ad-hoc projects to drive business growth. Who are they looking for? University Degree holders: Preferably in marketing, with a passion for clean beauty, skincare, and lifestyle products. At least 3 years of experience: In marketing, especially in the retail industry, with a focus on skincare or beauty products. Proficiency in MS Office: Essential for effective communication and project management. Exceptionally passionate: About making a difference and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Innovative and analytical: With creative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication skills: Multi-tasking and attention to detail are a must.
