After years of hard work and rapid development, the Group has over 6,000 employees now.Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited ("Chun Wo"), a core member of AAI, is a local contractor and construction engineering company with a long history. In the beginning, Chun Wo mainly undertook building projects for the government and private sector; it started to participate in railway construction and civil engineering projects in the 70s; By the 90s, it became one of the few local contractors to hold five types of registration and qualification to work on public projects. In 2017, Chun Wo secured the “Design and Construction of the Aqueduct“ contract in the Philippines, expanding the construction engineering business to overseas markets around the Belt and Road. Responsibilities Capable of independently carrying out TWD, value engineering and cost saving designs. Skilled in guiding construction projects to develop plans for technical deliverables including both permanent & temporary works. Proficient in conducting technical audits and ensuring compliance for ongoing construction activities. This is a hybrid role that involves both design office works and periodic site visits. Requirements Bachelor degree of civil & structural engineering or related disciplines; At least 12 years design and construction experiences in civil/ structural works for building and civil structures; Hands‑on experience of site supervision and coordination; Sufficient experience in site‑based roles on construction projects; Experienced in managing design consultants to ensure timely delivery of high quality work. Familiarity with local statutory approvals, temporary works design (TWD) and management, as well as design for safety and TWD compliance; Proficient in using common design software such as FREW, PLAXIS, Slope/W, SAFE, SAP 2000 etc; Capable of carrying out RC design, steel structuree design and geotechnical design; Professional qualifications in MHKIE(G) / MHKIE(S) is preferred; A team player who is results‑orientated and proactive; Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese and English is a must, Mandarin is preferred.
