Recruitment Consultant - Banking and Finance -High Commission Scheme We are seeking an “Ambitious” and “Result Driven” Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at Manrison Personnel Limited. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a high commission scheme and develop an excellent career path within the dynamic field of recruitment . Key Responsibilities Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for a range of client vacancies across various industries Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience and fit for our client roles Effectively market and promote our client opportunities to attract the best talent Manage the 180 recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate screening to placement and onboarding Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly recruitment targets Participate in team-based initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment agency What We're Looking For Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a recruitment or sales-focused role Proven track record of sourcing, attracting and placing qualified candidates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Ambitious, self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment What We Offer Highly competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure Excellent career progression opportunities with the potential to advance into senior or managerial roles Ongoing training and development programmes to enhance your skills and knowledge Supportive and collaborative team environment with opportunities for networking and socializing About Us Manrison Personnel Limited is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the Banking & Financial Recruitment industry.
