Recruitment Consultant (5 days/ With Bonus) Persol Hong Kong is hiring a Recruitment Consultant for our team. Full training and support will be provided (5 days/ With Bonus) Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, offer management, and onboarding. Coordinate hiring activities such as recruitment days and job fairs. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Provide advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategy. Support team growth and contribute to a collaborative culture. Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines. 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment firm or sales-related industry is an advantage. Customer-oriented, confident in networking and comfortable in social settings, with strong teamwork and excellent communication skills. Experience working in a Japanese company or possessing basic Japanese language knowledge will be an advantage. Native Cantonese speaker, with good command of English and Mandarin. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
