Good career prospect 5 days work, Perm Good Training , Fast Track Promotion Description: As a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant within our division, you will: Responsibilities Develop good understanding of our clients and maintain good relationship with them Work closely within team to provide candidates the highest level of service Identify and approach suitable candidates using applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, warm/ cold calls Manage and conduct interview to evaluate candidates Negotiate Terms of Business and offer release Make sure procedures comply with labor ordinance Requirements Higher Diploma / Degree holder or above in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or other related discipline Related experience is preferable Good interpersonal and communication skills Fluent spoken and written English, and Cantonese, Mandarin is an asset Any previous exposure to the IT sector would be advantageous but not essential #J-18808-Ljbffr
