We are currently looking for a talented and energetic Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Engaging with clients and candidates through phone calls to understand their needs and goals. Sourcing and recruiting qualified talents. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including search & selection, interviews, offers, and placements. Expanding candidates pool by actively connect with candidates through various sources. Contributing to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base. Requirements A University graduate. 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, sales & business development or human resources. Prior candidate sourcing and placing experience are strong plus. Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior roles. Fresh graduates or candidates with no experience would also be considered as Associate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Able to develop new business and coach with senior level of professionals. Results-driven and motivated by achieving goals. Self-driven, mature and able to work independently. Offer Uncapped earning potential with a base salary and performance-based commission.
