To find out more please visit Department / Role Overview Cover for Reception daily from Monday to Friday, 27.5 hours a week between the hours of 12:00 and 18:00 (including a 30‑minute break). You will be required to work flexibly to cover the second receptionist during the core opening hours (08:30–18:00) of Reception. The role requires maintaining the reception and client‑facing areas, and carrying out general office administration tasks. Main Responsibilities Ensure all conference rooms are ready to use and that stationery is stocked. Greet guests and escort them to the conference rooms. Keep the reception area tidy and clear from clutter at all times. Manage bookings and allocation of meeting rooms. Coordinate video conference bookings and set‑up. Coordinate document declaration requests. Answer internal and external calls and respond to queries in a professional manner. Prepare building access cards and Ashurst access cards for visitors and employees. Send office updates and notifications on visitors. Arrange orders of business cards and stamps. Send Daily Notice and Friday Bulletin emails to the Hong Kong office. Monitor infohk mailbox and forward emails to the appropriate department. Update telephone list and office seating plan. Assist in supervising maintenance and touch‑up work as required. Assist in any other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager. Essential Skills and Experience Strong verbal communication skills. Excellent telephone manner. Professional appearance. Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin desirable. Experience working in professional or legal services. Ability to liaise with clients professionally. Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills. Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and eager to use initiative.
