Branch - Assistant Branch Operations & Services Manager Add expected salary to your profile for insights Ensure that the branch's daily operations and financial activities are in compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures Safeguard customer information and the Bank's properties Assist customers and branch personnel in complaint cases Motivate and monitor customer referrals and referral quotas achieved by tellers Provide customer service and assist the Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Operations Manager in sales-related matters Requirements HKDSE/HKCEE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience of which 1 year at supervisory level Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent) Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent) Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage Pass in the Mandatory Provident Fund (optional) Sound knowledge of the retail banking business and operations Good interpersonal, communication, sales, and management skills Self-motivated and able to work under pressure Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage This position is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking (MRC) Scheme which is implemented by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).
