Job Description: Responsible for the overall management of the African business, including sales, marketing, human resource allocation and performance evaluation, financial risk control, and compliance operations. Manage and train the overseas sales team, formulate and organize the implementation of complete sales plans, ensure team goals are achieved, and improve overall team performance; 4. Responsible for negotiating and signing major marketing contracts, guiding and controlling the direction and progress of market sales work; 5. Analyze market trends, collect competitor information, and provide data support for product positioning and market strategies; 6. Coordinate internal resources to promote the launch and promotion of new products in target markets; 7. Establish and maintain long‑term cooperative relationships with key clients, explore user needs, organize the department to develop various sales methods, and complete sales plans and collection targets; Job Requirements 1. Priority will be given to candidates with a major in marketing, international trade, food engineering, or related fields; 2. At least 8 years of overseas sales experience in the health supplement or FMCG industry, familiar with the African market, possessing rich industry resources, and strong team management, organizational, and market development capabilities; 3. Excellent cross‑cultural communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to frequent international business trips; 4. Fluent in English, with preference given to candidates possessing a second foreign language ability.
