Description The role covers developing system enhancements and participating in software projects that leverage SAP solutions and web technologies to capture new business opportunities, enhance the Company’s productivity, and strengthen our capability to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. The role will also perform analysis, programming, system/volume testing, and documentation for various applications, as well as other ad hoc assignments. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and user needs to identify improvement opportunities. Design and integrate SAP solutions to optimize and enhance business operations. Configure the SAP system to improve functionality, integration, and user experience. Customize and extend SAP programs to meet specific business requirements. Collaborate with the IT team members and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement solutions. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to SAP end-users. Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and progress reports. Ensure all system changes and operations comply with industry regulations. Stay current with the latest SAP updates, features, and best practices. Qualifications Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field SAP certification is required Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ERP (R/3, ECC or S/4HANA) Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD/MM. Knowledge in IS Retail is an advantage. Practical experience in ABAP programming is mandatory Knowledge of web and Azure is an advantage Good command of English and Chinese Good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent team player, self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently Attractive salary package will be offered to the right candidate.
