Manager – Compensation & Benefits Architect and execute holistic total rewards strategies designed to directly support and advance the group's strategic business objectives. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of direct compensation and incentive programs, from design through execution, ensuring they attract top talent while adhering to all statutory requirements. Collaborate closely with leadership across local and regional levels to develop, assess, and refine strategic pay and benefits frameworks. Lead in-depth market research and analysis to benchmark offerings, deriving actionable insights that inform strategy and maintain the organization's competitive position. Qualifications Tertiary educated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline A minimum of 6 years hands‑on experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management within a corporate environment Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, practices, and regulations Expert knowledge of global C&B trends, best practices, and compliance regulations.
